When you enquire, we collect the contact and trip-planning details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, country, preferred dates, group size and travel requirements.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to you, prepare and administer your trip, provide requested services, prevent spam and meet legal or accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Who receives it
Relevant details may be shared only when necessary with accommodation providers, park authorities, transport partners, guides, payment providers and other suppliers involved in arranging your requested trip.
Cookies and analytics
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help travellers plan their trip, such as how many enquiries each page brings. We do not use advertising cookies. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. Our language selector uses Google Translate, which may set a cookie to remember the language you chose.
Email updates
We send marketing email only when you subscribe. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying to the email or contacting us. Service messages about an enquiry or booking are not marketing.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry and booking records only as long as reasonably needed for customer service, legal and accounting purposes. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing info@bluemonkeyexpeditions.com. Legal or accounting requirements may require us to retain limited booking records.
